Definition

With regards to the use of the term in the MoparWiki, Make or Name Plate is a brand of a particular car or truck division of an auto manufacturer. IE: The Chrysler Corporation manufactured the Makes Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge, Imperial, DeSoto, Fargo Trucks, and later Jeep, Eagle, and Ram Trucks.
