Beginnings of a Wiki, feel free to improve
As it applies to drag racing, reaction time is the amount of time that has lapsed from the time the tree displays the green bulb, and the car's front tires moved past the starting beams. This time is usually measured in ten-thousandths of a second, and displayed in thousandths of a second.
