Beginnings of a Wiki, feel free to improve

As it applies to drag racing, foot-brake racing refers to a non-electronics style of racing where the race car is held and launched from the starting line with the left foot on the brake, and the right foot on the accelerator.

The opposite of non-electronics foot-brake racing would be electronics Trans-brake racing.

More details on the subject can be found on the Drag Racing 201 wiki.
