Definition
As it applies to drag racing, 1320' is the number of feet start to finish on a 1/4 drag strip.
A mile equals 5,280 feet, therefore a quarter-mile equals 1,320 feet. (5,280 divided by 4 equals 1,320)
A [[slang|slang term] for a drag strip is "the 1320" or "the Strip".
