 Beginnings of a Wiki, feel free to improve

Also known as a water box.

It is an area at the beginning of the drag strip that race cars drive through to get their Slicks wet for the burn out. Decades ago bleach was used to soften the rubber, but with improvements in tire compounds and concerns for safety, water is now used.
