With regards to the MoparWiki, members means those people with the ability to edit wikis on this site.
For ease of registration, the MoparWiki shares the member's database with MoparStyle. If someone has registered to post at MoparStyle's Forums, then they automatically have been registered to edit the MoparWiki -- and can move between the MoparWiki, MoparStyle's forums and MoparStyle's Free Classified Ad Site without having to login again.
