1. 3/30/20 Open external links in a new tab $wgExternalLinkTarget = '_blank';
2. 3/30/20 Added Links in Mediawiki:sidebar
3. 3/30/20 Changed all of the links to correct and https in Template:Help Wanted
4. 3/27/20 Sidebar made wider (from 160 to 225, text size increased and link colors changed in main.css in the shin directory)
5. 3/27/20 Changed logo located in commons directory in skins
6. 3/26/20 Created a new Revolvers map and inserted in Sidebar menu
7. 3/25/20 Dave Baker. upgraded to 1.24
