Summary

Moparfest is Canada’s largest all Mopar car show, featuring over 1,600 classic and modified Mopars, ranging in years from 1938 – 2011. The show has over 240 vendors and a car corral. Upwards of 20,000 spectators attend the event throughout the weekend.

Moparfest is a non-profit organization, and in the last 16 years, $2,019,200 has been raised and donated back to community youth groups and several not-for-profit service groups.

Although the majority of the attendees are from south-western Ontario, some of the vehicles that attend the show come from coast to coast across Canada and the United States of America, and the show organizers have even given out long distance awards for people in New Mexico & Nunavut, California, BC & PEI.

Each year the organizers give away a great participant prize for all show vehicles that pre-registered before a certain date and the vehicle is twenty-five years or older. For 2011 they received an entry to win this year’s give away vehicle: a 1972 Plymouth Satellite Sebring, And on the Sunday of the 2011 show the New Hamburg Optimist’s ticket car, a 2010 Mopar 10 Challenger, was raffled off to one lucky ticket holder.

Moparfest is held rain or shine at the fairgrounds in New Hamburg, Ontario, Canada and is proudly a family friendly car show.
